Return Conditions UrbanBiker
You have 30 days (from the day you receive it) to return an item if you are not completely satisfied with it or if you simply change your mind.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product via the carrier of your choice.
The exchange or refund is subject to the following conditions:
- The article, in the case of an accessory or spare part, must not show any sign of having been used or mounted on a bicycle. In the case of an electric bicycle, it may not have been used except for a test ride (maximum 10 km). It is essential to send a photograph of the total kilometers.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale, with all accessories and instructions.
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, for which proof must be provided (damaged, defective, wrongly shipped item, etc.).
- The returned item must be in the original packaging, exactly as received.
- To be valid, all returns must be previously authorized by the customer service department of UrbanBiker by means of an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, as well as the relevant information to identify the order (order number), customer (name) and reason for return.
No refund transaction will be made prior to receipt and review of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The customer shall be responsible for the depreciation of the product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the correct functioning of the product.
Any returns that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a partial refund of the item depending on the nature of the depreciation.
WARRANTIES, INCORRECT ORDER OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Despite all the care we take in preparing your order, it is possible that a discrepancy may occur. Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product?
Contact us as soon as possible having all the information about that order and wrong or defective product. Information available in the customer area, section “My orders”.
Photos and evidence will be required in case of warranty, for evaluation.
