UrbanBiker Return Policy

You have 30 days (from the day you receive it) to return an item if you are not completely satisfied with it or if you simply change your mind.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of the product through the carrier of your choice.

Exchanges or refunds are subject to the following conditions:

The item, when it is an accessory or spare part, must show no signs of being used or mounted on a bicycle. When it is an electric bike, it must not have been used, except for a test ride (maximum 10 km). It is essential to send a photo of the total kilometers. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale, with all accessories and instructions. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, in which case proof must be provided (damaged item, defective, sent incorrectly, etc.). The returned item must be in the original packaging, exactly as it was received. To be valid, any return must be previously authorized by UrbanBiker’s customer service via email, confirming the acceptance of the return, as well as the relevant information to identify the order (order number), the customer (name), and the reason for the return.

No refund will be processed before the returned goods are received and inspected. The money will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

The customer will be responsible for the depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its proper functioning.

Any return that does not meet these criteria will be subject to a partial refund of the item depending on the nature of the depreciation.

WARRANTIES, INCORRECT ORDER, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Despite all the care we put into preparing your order, discrepancies may occur. Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

Contact us as soon as possible with all the information about that order and the incorrect or defective product. Information is available in the customer area, under “My Orders.”

Photos and proof will be required in case of a warranty, for evaluation.
