Shipping information

Shipping and handling

Shipping costs are 15 euros for orders under 100 euros.

Shipping costs are free for orders over 100 euros.

Availability

If the product is available, it will be shipped within 2/5 working days depending on the country for bicycles and 1/4 working days depending on the country for spare parts or accessories.

In case of unavailability, the out of stock message will be displayed.

Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to variations by the transport agencies themselves. In any case it is not possible to specify a delivery time.

Note: Orders are received at Urbanbiker.com exclusively from Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Packaging

Most bikes are delivered pre-assembled in a large cardboard box (which we recommend you keep). Handlebars, saddle and pedals usually come unassembled to save space.

Mounting

In general it is a simple process, but it must be done correctly for the bike to be 100% perfect. We recommend that you watch the videos on the YouTube channel that each brand usually has, and carefully read the assembly and maintenance guide that comes with each bike.

Order tracking

Our orders use a tracking system with a shipping number provided by the transport company, which you will receive once your order has been completed. Each transport agency has its own characteristics and, once the order has left our facilities, it is the transport agency itself that is responsible for coordinating the delivery details of your order.

It is advisable to check the e-mail address and cell phone number provided with the order to receive tracking information.

Complaints about shipment

When you receive your order, check that the packaging is in perfect condition and that the number of packages is correct. If you notice any anomaly, indicate it on the delivery note that you will sign to the carrier. Note on the delivery note any signs of mishandling of the goods, damage or alteration of the packaging, even if the material appears to be in good condition, in order to be able to make a claim if necessary.

Please note that any claim for damage and/or breakage must be made to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. After this period, neither the carrier nor Ebikestock can be held responsible for any damage caused during transport, so the buyer must bear any costs or losses incurred.
